Sunday was a quiet, slow day as I prepared myself for returning to work today. I tried hard to get my mind into work mode and to work out my priorities for the day but failed miserably so I picked up my bear cross stitch and worked on the small bear for a while. I realised I had miscounted at some point so had to rework a small area but even doing that I have managed to move this project forward a little more. I stopped stitching to take the photo so I'm not being lazy leaving my needle in the work, I just din't want to lose it.
I'm quite please with the way the bear is coming. I have also been using my machine embroidery ring and it's much easier to manipulate on this small piece. Here's how it was looking last week.
I'm going to finish the small bear and then move on to the next section of my millennium sampler. I'm linking this post with Slow stitching Sunday at Kathy's Quilts.
I hope you enjoyed some slow stitching on Sunday.
